About Me

My name is Charity, in March I will have been married to my wonderful husband, Blake, for two years.  We live with our two very bad cats in a small town in the mountains of North Georgia.  I studied theatre at Oglethorpe University, and acted professionally for a year before moving to Los Angeles.  While in LA, I was a resident artist with needtheater, and the marketing chair for the Women's Ensemble Theatre of LA.  The writer's strike hit in 2008, driving me back home.  I thought I was going to save money and go to New York or head back out West, but fate intervened and I met the love of my life and got married in 2010.  I love baking and rock concerts, knitting and shopping for vintage finds in boutiques downtown.  I love horseback riding and racing to catch the subway, road trips and internet shopping.  I'm constantly planning my next weekend getaway, and the arts will always have a huge impact on my life.  I always look forward with eyes wide open so I don't miss the next adventure!  I'm also unapologetically cheesy, so that's something you should go ahead and get used to now.
